What is Klarna?
Klarna is a new way to checkout that lets you buy now and pay later.
Klarna Pay Later gives you 30 days to pay once your order has been shipped. There are no fees, and no interest.
How do I Buy Now, Pay Later?
Simply checkout as normal and when you get to Payment select "Pay Later with Klarna". After you complete your purchase you will receive a confirmation email from Klarna, letting you know when your payment is due, and we will ship your order as normal (usually within 1 working day). When you are ready to pay for your order, simply log-in at Klarna.com and make a payment with your debit card. You'll only need to enter your debit card details once and then it can be saved for future use.
The maximum purchase limit is different on each account, and is determined by a credit assessment by Klarna. If your order fails, you may wish to try again with a smaller amount.
Am I eligible?
You must be at least 18. Whilst these options are widely promoted, they are subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay Later, our soft-search assessment will not affect your credit rating.
To increase your eligibility for Pay Later:
- Ensure your name and billing address match those held by your bank account or electoral roll
- Retry - ensuring delivery of goods to your billing address
- Attempt to order with a lower basket value, if possible
If you have recently paid a Pay Later order, please allow up to 48 hours for this to clear.
